In the event of Royal Mail strike action, all orders will be unaffected as we use private couriers to deliver your orders.

DELIVERY GUIDE AND COST

• Delivery within mainland UK £5.00
• Delivery outside of mainland UK £13.00

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed before 3pm (or 2pm on a friday) will be packaged and posted the same day. Alternative delivery options are available at the checkout if items are required for a Saturday delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note, we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

FREE DELIVERY WITH UK ORDERS OVER £100*

*Please note if you have been given free shipping and you decide to return any items back to us this may alter you invoice, if the amended invoice is under £100 then you will not be eligible for free shipping. The shipping cost will then be deducted from any refund given.

ORDER TRACKING

All orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your despatch notification email. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.

Having trouble tracking your order? We will check your order status and give you an update.

Email us at sales@boloclothing.co.uk with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name and billing address. Please allow five working days before querying your order.

RETURNS

All garments purchased can be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely happy. All items must be returned to us in and unworn saleable condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

PROMOTIONS

15% Off 1 Item or 20% Off 2 or more Items

If you return one item and keep the other then you will only be eligible for 15% off and the difference will be deducted from the refund of the returned item
