Accuracy of content
Bolo has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and sizes given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit' on the final page of our ordering process.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Occasionally, the despatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as postal strikes, security checks etc. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied.
All items must be paid for before despatch of goods. If for any reason the account is not settled via post, telephone or Internet, Bolo reserve the right to demand return of goods unworn and complete with original labels or seek further legal alternatives.
